Pickle cucumber recipes:



2 ½ kg baby cucumber
200 grams onion
200 gm jalapeno chili
50 gm parsley
50 gm celery
80 gm dill
50 gm garlic whole peeled
50 gm horseradish
2 lt of water
500 ml vinegar
200 g salt
200 gm sugar 
25 gm black pepper

How to make pickle cucumber
Soak cucumber in cold water for 3 hours and cut into thin slice. Deseed the paprika cut strips and peel onion cut into slice
Cut horseradish into cubes cut greens roughly.
Take the jar put the cucumber, paprika  so on level by level, keep onion on top and boil the water and melt sugar, salt add vinegar on mixture.
Add the mixture of sugar, salt in the jar and air tight jar and sterilize it keep it. Cool it .
