Ingredients:
2 slice
beef ham
2 slice
of turkey ham
½ cup
capsicum green and yellow mix julienne
½ medium
red onion slices
5 leaves
of basil
1 pinch
of thyme
1
teaspoon chop parsley
2
tablespoon mayonnaise
2 clove
garlic chop
2 tablespoon
grated Parmesan
Salt to
taste
1 fajitas
bread
2
tablespoon slice black olive
Some
leaves of parsley for garnish
How to
make ham wrap
Heat olive
oil in pan, add half of the garlic and sauté, add onion, capsicum and sauté again
until half cook.
Add ham julienne,
salt and toss for 1 minute.
Add sprinkle
basil and thyme and take off the fire.
Mix the mayonnaise
and garlic.
On the other side warm the bread and spread
the mayonnaise, top ham over the mayonnaise and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
Put the
fajitas in salamander and just melt the Parmesan, take out the bread mix and
wrap it.
Garnish with
garlic mayonnaise, parsley and black olive slice.
Serve it.
