Mushroom salad with Japanese dressing


Ingredients:
1 kg slice bottom mushroom
2 tablespoon white sesame seed toasted
2 tablespoon soya sauce Kikkoman
2 tablespoon sesame oil
2 clove garlic chop
1 tablespoon spring onions chop
2 tablespoon mirin sauce
400 ml water to blanch the mushroom
Ice water to cool down the mushroom
 Some cherry tomato, letuce for garnish

How to make mushroom salad:


Boil the water and blanch as fast as possible, take out from the hot water and place in cold ice water.
Discard the access water, in mixing bowl place the mushroom and add Kikkoman soya sauce, sesame seed, sesame oil, garlic chop, and spring onion and mirin sauce.
Toss well and serve it.
