Ingredients for preparing mushroom
1 kg bottom mushroom fresh
3 cups of boiling water
1 tablespoon salt
Ingredients for pickle:
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup vinegar
2 cups cup water
10 peppercorns
2 bay leaves
Use the first ingredients to cooks the mushroom, cook
mushroom until the mushrooms settles down of the pot. Place the mushroom in the
jar.
On the other side make the pickle firstly boil the
water add salt and sugar
When the sugar dissolves
Add vinegar and bring to boil, put the pickle sauce
over the mushroom.
Close the jars.
Cool it and keep in chiller, can be use after 3 days.
