Ingredients:
½ cup Julianne spring onion
1 medium red onion slice
4 tablespoon lime juice
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon chicken powder
1 tablespoon chili oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Pepper to taste
Water to boil the potato and cool it.
